Are you getting messages saying that you are about to run out of mailbox space? Has your email account stopped sending or receiving emails? In order to avoid this, you may apply one or all the following directions.

  1. Go ahead and configure an Email client like Outlook, so you may download in your PC all Email messages received from the server. If you’re doing so already, make sure to check the Outlook option that deletes emails from the server once downloaded to your PC.
  2. Delete all unnecessary Email messages stored in main inbox. This maintenance should be periodically applied.
  3. Check out your SENT folder and delete all unnecessary E mail messages.
  4. Check out your DRAFT folder and delete all unnecessary E mail messages.
  5. Check out your TRASH folder and delete all E mail messages there.
